I’ve used the stop-it smoking lozenges in cooperation with other homeopathics, but use these especially when the cravings arise. I allow them to melt in my mouth (usually inside my cheek or under my tounge) whenever I have a craving. They are a nice, mild vanilla flavor and really seem to take my mind off the urge. I’ve been smoke free for a little more than three weeks and I smoked a pack a day for 27 years. I’m ordering more today.

I was hoping this would be a great substitute for the more expensive nicotine lozenges, which I am using. But unlike the latter, these dissolve almost immediately and completely in your mouth and the residual affect has a shorter span. For someone with better mind-over-matter control, they might do the trick. But for those who need ‘hard core’, go to commit or different store’s generics.

I never had a chance to see if these worked, I couldn’t handle the flavor of the lozenges for even a minute before I had to spit them out. I tried to have one twice. If you do not have an easy gag reflex they may work out for you. As for me, the flavor and texture had me so distracted, by the time I’d spit it out I’d already forgotten about my craving. I ended up quitting still w/o lozenges or gum.

If it weren’t for stop smoking lozenges, I’d still be smoking. I used the Commit brand lozenges for quite a while and I find the Rite Aid brand is just as good. It’s also less expensive by far and it also comes in the PopPacs which I like for carrying around.

this thing is a piece. it simply don’t work. I tried everything I know to make it work but it wouldn’t. It leaks butane like crazy, so sometimes even when you let go of the clicker butane is still spewing out until you smack the lighter on something. I could not get it to light on its own even once. The cigar cutter is cheap and is not even sturdy enough to make a nice cut on a cigar. just save yourself the headache and go with a different lighter.

This was a gift to someone who is trying to quit. This is the method I used to quit. I’ve been using the 2mg for 3 years. Hey, it’s better then smoking. I like the taste of these better then Nicorette which I think has too much of a bite to them.
